Kansas Child Support Guideline Updates

Updated August 2024

Per the Kansas Judicial Branch website, judges and hearing officers follow the rules provided by the Kansas Child Support Guidelines when calculating child support for all parties. They are intended to guide parents and foster a proper distribution of the family’s collective resources of time and money.
