Each program is supported for a full year (the "version year"), without additional charge. Maintenance releases are supplied without charge to keep the program current.
In addition, both the child support calculators and the DomBook program display a complete Windows Help file at the touch of a key.

Send an email to technical support. Please provide as much detail as possible concerning any difficulty you are experiencing, including the version number of the program and the operating system of your computer (Windows 95, 98, etc.).

System Requirements
Windows Me, Windows NT(SP6a only), 2000, XP or Vista. Multi-user site licenses are available. Although some versions of Windows 95 or Windows 98 (original edition)
or SE will support the Child Support calculator, we DO NOT Support these older operating systems.
We recommend that you use Windows XP.

Internet Explorer version 5.5 or greater is REQUIRED.
Macintosh OS is also supported if "Virtual PC"
or Parallels is installed. Find it at http://www.microsoft.com/mac/
DomBook2003 requires Microsoft Excel 95 or better.
